According to the scripture below, we are CALLED to bless others. When we do bless, we then are in position to be blessed. True blessing spoken over someone is describing the way God sees them. God's intentions are not contingent on whether the recipient has the right attitude or are walking out what their life should be. When we declare God's intentions, we release His ability to change things from what they are into His desired plan.
